Annual Assessment (Dues)
Park Village Homeowners Association's Annual Assessment is $125.00 per year, due on January 1 of each calendar year.
To help keep things running smoothly, please note that payment is due even if you do not receive an invoice. Homeowners are responsible for ensuring their assessment is paid on time.
February 1: Any unpaid balance will be considered past due, and a $10.00 late fee will be added.
March 1: and each month thereafter: A $50.00 monthly fee will be applied until the balance is paid in full.
